As per Bengali calendar Falgun &amp; Chaitra (Mid-February to Mid-April) spring is celebrated in every part of Bengal. Biggest event in spring is <\/span><b>\u201cDOL UTSAV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d (Festival of Colour).
